Counseling appointments are accepted Monday – Saturday, with flexible daytime and evening hours. To schedule an appointment, complete the information on the booking page. Phone calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours.
Managed care plans involve direct clinical management by the plan’s case managers. If you access therapy through a managed care plan, it may be necessary for your therapist to disclose information related to your case to your managed care provider. To safe guard the confidentiality of clients, I have chosen not to accept insurance. If your medical insurance has a PPO or “out of network?” option you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company for your therapy sessions. A monthly statement with necessary documentation for requesting reimbursement for out-of-network benefits is provided.

We respect your time and reserve all your appointments in advance. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments are accepted if notification is received at least 24 hours in advance. Notification in less than 24 hours will result in a charge for the full cost of the session.
